Most days I'm at the workbench in the back of the studio, so a written note reaches me faster than the phone. Tell me what you're picturing, whether that's a stack of rings for a wedding party, a bracelet resized to fit a smaller wrist, or a gift you need wrapped and ready by a certain date. I read every message myself and I'll write back within two business days, usually sooner.
